Micro 4/3 and good lenses for cheap: Olympus E-PL1 with Tamron 28mm f2.5 (http://flic.kr/p/biBcnn) This adaptall 2 lens is sharp, fast, and has the best manual focus ring I’ve ever tried, smooth and precise. To my surprise, I am able to manually focus quite easily and rapidly on the LCD display of the camera with this lens.

It’s a bit heavy and on a micro 4/3 body it’s quite bulky, as the adapter is about as long as the lens; for such reason, I suggest to use it on a camera with a good grip.

The Olympus E-PL1 is a good companion for it, especially because of the in-body stabilization that allows you to shoot handheld in even lower light.
